As Business Intelligence & Reporting Manager, my overall duty was to rebuild our business intelligence team in a low-cost location without effecting the quality of our reporting. This required me to hire an initial team of 3 to take ownership of our existing tools working with key stakeholders to continue providing the best in class reporting for our core sales. Due to the extensive reputation we have built, we have now expanded our team to 8 members and our responsibilities to include Partners, Renewals and Deal Operations organization.
